Rachael Zafer
a thought partner committed to social change

I support justice-oriented organizations, grassroots groups, and creative individuals with building capacity, fostering collaboration, and developing strategic visions for social change. I've spent the past 20 years collaborating, creating, and conspiring with community organizers, artists, writers, and leaders. I bring a unique skillset to the table: I'm a storyteller, a graphic designer, an organizer, a facilitator, and I've spent most of my career in nonprofit leadership positions.
I've worked on projects with dozens of clients around the country, including Interrupting Criminalization, the ACLU, Just Practice Collaborative, Haymarket Books, Penguin Random House, and Loevy + Loevy. I serve on the board of the Ministry Against the Death Penalty, led by Sister Helen Prejean, and I am fiercely committed to mutual aid and abolition of the carceral state.
